A truly amazing experience
Our whole experience was very pleasurable the room was amazing, the hotel was spotless and the staff were just out of this world. They were all a pleasure to be around. The facilities were also very good.
I'm really knit picking here... The only issue I experienced was the tiling in and around the pool seemed it needed some TLC. The only reason I mention it is that there were some sharp corners exposed and I wouldn't want anybody to injure themselves.

Value for money. Very convenient location.

Magnetic keycard door lock went low batt during our stay and we had to wait around 5 min outside our door for maintenance/engineering to replace the batteries so we can get in.

Wonderful
The staff was courteous and always friendly. the early check-in was also a great experience. Unfortunately, the pool could not be used due to bad weather, which of course was not the hotel's fault. The daily cleaning was always quick and reliable. The breakfast was also good and there were various offers such as tocino or Spanish chorizo. The check out was very quick and the friendly lady said goodbye to us and thank you for stay here, i hope you come back. We will definitely come back and we recommend it to others. Overall, a good hotel central to many amenities and shops, staff are helpful
Good location, friendly staff. Pool was good, gym small but adequate
The lobby has a slightly mouldy smell to it. The wifi in our room was abysmal, i got 1mbps at one point. The pillows are awful and the duvet had mould stains. Maids did not refill the shower gel dispensers.
